So I have been learning the proper rules of play for the game, and some choice custom scenarios to make a start with for when I do receive my parcels. Unfortunately, miniatures skirmish games tend to take a backseat here compared to true board games. Not sure how big of a following the HPMAG gets here on BGG, I know there is a lot of fan stuff across a few Facebook Pages, but many people don't like Facebook and prefer to look to the 'Geek for their boardgame information. I would hope to update it myself but I am lacking a lot of the information to do so.

I wasn't expecting to find a PDF file of the official game rules but lo and behold I managed to find a scan of them right here on the 'geek.Ī lof of the information for The Harry Potter Miniatures Adventure Game is missing from it's BGG Entry, but there some nice touches added, like under the Community Wiki there is a compilation of information for the Cards for this game, well the ones that have been included when this entry was submitted. Well, I have been downloading lots of Shaun Wymer's custom rules for Solo and Cooperative play, which is the main way I intend to play this game. Well, honestly I don't know if I love the Harry Potter Miniatures Adventure Game yet, but I know that I love the Harry Potter verse and love miniatures gaming, so hopefully one plus one will equal two!īut I am definitely excited and chomping at the bit to get my game stuff!

It feels like its been ages since I really got involved with a hobby game, technically only been a few weeks with Don't Look Back: The Core Game, but I always feel young again whenever working on hobby stuff for a game I love.
